DESCRIPTION:
The heart of the ZX-4RR is its liquid-cooled 399cc inline-four, which boasts a staggering 15,500 rpm redline. The engine delivers linear power at lower revs, making it smooth in traffic, but it truly comes alive past 10,000 rpm, where it lets out a signature high-rpm wail. The package includes a standard quickshifter and slipper clutch, making upshifts and downshifts seamless. While it has less low-end torque than a twin-cylinder, riders love the active, race-like feel of wringing out the gears.
